Where the name comes from
PGLRO is derived from Pagliaro. But it is not only a surname compressed — the letters describe what we actually build.
Platforms. Graph. Logic. Revenue. Orchestration.
Those five words are not a tagline exercise. Each one labels a real layer of the work, and the site is organized around them.
- Platforms — The systems your business runs on.
- Graph — The connected data across customers, products, orders and channels.
- Logic — Integrations, automation, workflows and intelligence that move business forward.
- Revenue — Conversion, retention and greater commercial impact.
- Orchestration — A unified commerce ecosystem that works together.
The gap we work in
Marketing agencies understand commerce: customers, products, conversion, retention, merchandising. Systems integrators understand systems: APIs, ERP, middleware, data architecture. Very few organizations credibly hold both.
That gap is where the expensive failures live. An integration designed without understanding order economics will be technically correct and commercially wrong. A growth programme designed without understanding inventory architecture will promise stock that does not exist.
How we are different to work with
We are not a reseller and take no commission on the software we recommend. That is what allows us to tell you the tool you already own is fine, or that the replatform you are scoping will move your problem rather than solve it.
We would rather quantify the business case with you before proposing scope. If the numbers do not justify the work, that is a useful answer and it costs you nothing to reach it.
What we are not
Not a full-service agency. We do not do brand campaigns, social media or generic PPC. Where a problem is genuinely a marketing problem we will say so and point you elsewhere.
Systems work is expensive and disruptive. It should be reserved for problems that are actually structural.
