Services for the systems behind commerce

Most ecommerce problems that look like storefront problems are integration problems. These are the seven areas where we work, and they are usually engaged together rather than one at a time.

How the work is usually scoped

Engagements almost always begin with one urgent symptom: an ERP sync that breaks every peak season, a catalog that cannot be launched into a new market, a support team answering questions the system could answer itself.

We start by mapping what is actually connected to what, because in most organizations no current diagram exists. That map is the deliverable of the first phase, and it is usually the first time anyone has seen the whole picture in one place.

  • Architecture audit: systems, data flows, ownership and every manual workaround in between
  • Target-state design with sequencing, so the highest-risk dependency is addressed first
  • Build and migration, with monitoring and reconciliation from the first deployment
  • Ongoing operation, or documented handover to your internal team

What we do not do

We are not a retainer that reports on last month's traffic. We do not resell platform licenses, and we take no commission on the software we recommend, which is what lets us tell you when the tool you already own is fine.

If your problem is genuinely a marketing problem, we will say so and point you elsewhere. Systems work is expensive and it should be reserved for problems that are actually structural.

Next step

Start with the architecture, not the proposal.

Send us the diagram of how your systems connect today. We will tell you what to fix first and what it is costing you to leave it alone.
